Therefore we can only guess what these presumingly gentle and cuddly creatures purposes are.Our Somnimascot department produces bird mascots. This is not a coincidence. The only animal who is capable of speaking our language is the bird. And when they speak, it sounds very much like somniloquy.We have taken a special interest in the cuckoo bird. Not only because they don't bother to make a nest of their own but rather invade a nest of another bird (a form of behaviour not unlike our institute), but also because of its famous call, that conjures up many associations, from the element of surprise to the element of ridicule.
